have jointly organised CompetItion on improvements in Infection Control Practices in Nursing Homes

2. OT Management
3. Innovative services / practices adopted
No registration or Entrance fee.
Cash prize of Rs. 10,000 plus Certificate & trophy for 1st winner
Rs. 5,000 plus Certificate & trophy for runnerup
Certification of participation for all accepted entries.

How to apply
1. Decide which all competitions you want to participate in.
2. Fill in the entry form.
3. After receipt of form, you will get registration number which you have to quote on
your presentation.
4. Attend zoom meeting to understand the methodology of presentation.
5. Submit presentation. You will receive acknowledgement within 2 days
6. If you don't receive acknowledgement in specified time, please contact Mr PP Gadgil on
98200 56944 for email to gadgilpp@gmail.com
7. All the presentations will be scrutinized by expert panel members and will put forward
short listed names to FEQ/AMC who will finalize the merit list.
8. All the received presentations will be seen for appropriateness and accepted or
rejected. All the accepted entries will be given certification of participation.
Terms & Conditions
1. Form for intention of participation to be filled in.
2. The accepted formats will be Video up to 5 min. duration, PPT / PDF
3. The decision of the organisers will be final
4. Dummy or training material will be provided on request; however organizers will not take responsibility for correctness of the contents.
5. All correspondence strictly by email or WhatSapp .
6. NH can participate in all 3 the categories but will be entitled for single prize.
7. FEQH will have rights over all the submissions & can use the same for non-commercial purpose. Due credit to NH will be given.
8. The prizes will be given to the participatory Hospital or Nursing Home.
9. The certificates will be emailed; cash prizes will be sent through NEFT while the trophies will be handed over in next AMC or FEQH program.

Foot print copy is handed over while discharging baby.
Palm swabs are taken randomly post hand wash
